Rihanna Wants You Boys To Wear These Boxers

The Fenty Queen of beauty, skincare and lingerie, our lord and saviour, Rihanna, is dropping a Savage x Fenty range of menswear and, I for one, can’t wait. Riri really said, “oh, you woke up feeling abandoned, gay and sexy? Dw boo, we are only going to focus on the gay and sexy today😇.”

The new collection was co-created by Riri and model and musician Christian Combs, and pays homage to his personal ‘90s-inspired NYC style and Rihanna’s unique take on lingerie that we know and love. Think, blue and silky red thick-banded boxers and boxer briefs and a monogrammed satin smoking jacket and pyjama pants combo—y’know, just a soft, subtle and sexy working from home fit.

In a press release via The Cut, our messiah, the Great Riri declared, “I wanted to create menswear styles that everyone can wear. And after Christian did such a great job at the 2019 fashion show wearing men’s, I knew we had to have him as a collaborator.”

“Swag doesn’t come in grayscale, so Savage X Fenty underwear arrives in blue and silky red,” Combs added via GQ, opting for the open chested look with the smoking jacket. “Even many of the more conservatively colored pieces in black come with pops of bubblegum pink.”

Savage x Fenty’s menswear collection drops on the 2nd of October on the Savage x Fenty website. Coincidentally, the pieces will be featured during the Savage X Fenty Vol. 2, which will debut on Amazon on the same day.
